What is the project?
A development of 14 passive houses. This is the first project of its type in the South of England. We are undertaking the full electrical package which includes small power and lighting heat recovery system, communal lighting within the grounds. We are also installing the security systems to the dwellings. This project is due to be completed in January 2021.
Where is it?
Silver sands, Faversham, Kent
How long did it take?
Project time is 12 months. We are currently working on this project and this is a slow moving project at the request of the developer.
