How We Work

  • We understand that no two projects can be the same so, through site visits and clear liaison with your M&E consultants and project managers on site, we get to know your aims and work out how we can best support you in delivering your project.
  • We help to create a detailed schedule and programme of work that will work alongside your other contractors.
  • You are assigned a project manager who keeps you up to date on what is happening and ensures we work effectively around your other contractors and changing deadlines.
  • We go through first fix, second fix and thorough testing to ensure that the system is functioning and operating as outlined in the design.
  • Once complete, we carry out a handover briefing you on everything that has been done, any next steps and creating a pack full of warranties and certificates.
  • Then we are on hand for any snagging to make sure your project is finished completely and to a high standard.

We employed SJM Electrical Services on our development in Lewes consisting of 41 flats & 13 shell and core commercial spaces for the full electrical package.
