New Development – Lewes
We recently started the enabling works on this site in Lewes.
We are really looking forward to getting stuck into this project which consists of 41 apartments and 12 commercial units.

Commercial Install
We have recently completed this new commercial unit for a Bluechip company. This included lighting and power designs along with security and cctv.
Luxor Show Homes
The SJM team have been busy recently working with local estate agents Jacob Steele in order to prepare their luxury show homes in the recently renovated Luxor building in Lancing. A great job to work on, and brilliant to work so closely with other local businesses. How good do these show homes look?!

New Project
We have started work on a new project this week. So this site will turn into 19 flats and a commercial space! We have started by installing the site temps for the conversion, watch this space for further developments and watch our progress!
Portland Vets
The SJM team have now completed the installation here at the Vets and the two flats above and it is open for business. A huge well done to Ben and the team, you have worked very hard here. Great work!
