The SJM team have recently undertaken training to become a Dementia Friend. This will enable our customer facing staff to develop an understanding of Dementia so that we can help someone who is feeling isolated feel valued and welcome. As a team, we felt this was really important to us and we had a responsibility to act and be trained as we are so active within the local community. We are now looking forward to turning our understanding into action.

Some of the SJM team have been busy 1st fixing an installation for a new cattery. The installation includes LED lighting, small power and data. The cattery has a vets area and 15 separate pens with power and heating. A great job and you can just see how brilliant the results are!
